Ally Sheedy Bio
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy is an American actor from the United States. Following her film debut in the 1983 film Bad Boys, she was part of the Brat Pack cast of actors and starred on WarGames The Breakfast Club and Short Circuit. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art won her the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading. Sheedy was married to David Lansbury (the nephew of Angela Lansbury) on April 12,1992. David is also the son of Edgar Lansbury, who was originally the producer of Godspell. Beckett was born to them in 1994. Beckett is a trans-man with whom Sheedy claims she has had a great experience. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy was born on June 22, 1962. She is an American actor as well as a writer. She is best known for her performances as a character in the Brat Pack films The Breakfast Club and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club is the title of a John Hughes movie. The title of the movie "The Breakfast Club" is actually the name used by some schools to describe detention. The students arrive at detention earlier in the day usually at breakfast time. They are the Next Generation. Sheedy is now teaching. Sheedy has taught acting at City College, New York City.
