Shay Mitchell

Shay Mitchell has been a Canadian actor, model and business owner for over 10 years. Shay Mitchell is best known for her part in the Freeform show Pretty Little Liars as Emily Fields. Shay Lo is the nickname of the Jennifer Lopez Mitchell fan who gained popularity among her the group of friends. When she was a young girl, her passion for the art of performing grew. She confided to her parents that one day she wanted to earn a living from it. After achieving great results with modeling and dancing her passion for modeling, she decided to try her hand at acting and took acting lessons in Toronto. Mitchell started her acting career by appearing in the production of a few television commercials. After landing guest roles and tiny roles on TV, she received her first big break in Pretty Little Liars when cast in the role of Emily Fields. Her acting skills were praised by both critics and fans. She then went on to be a star on the big screen with films like Dreamland, Mother's Day and The Possession of Hannah Grace. The actress gained more fame due to her role in the The psychological drama You. Apart from acting Shay Mitchell has also ventured into writing. She wrote an adult book titled Bliss along with Michaela Blaney.
